well not to happy with this place at all tried to borrow money from them have been past client's both spouse and I and was told spouse had old account back in 1999 that was not paid funny thing is it is past the statue of limitation and well over 13 years old none the less was never sent a bill just flyers to come back for a loan think they had wroung person and never was sent to collection but an old account for me was that I paid off last year might add didnt know about half to question what they do with peoples info?

Convenient loan is no different than a loan shark, not only do you pay unreal amounts of interest on your loan, they are constantly trying to get you to borrow more. I was in the hospital for a week and was late on my payment and they called me everyday and when I did not answer they called back several times and left messages. I tried to explain my situation and let them know when I would be able to pay, and they told me that it was unacceptable that she was sorry to hear about my problems but that she still expected me to be in the business by 5pm to pay on that day, not the following day as I explained to her I would be able to.She was rude in uncaring about my situation. The office reeks of cigarette smoke from the employees sitting outside the open door smoking all day. I recommend that anyone considering this business to stay away. It is just not worth it.
