Plymouth Location Minnesota Dermatology, Plymouth, is located in the Plymouth Creek Professional Building in Plymouth near Vicksburg and Highway 55. We are across from the Plymouth Lifetime, or more specifically, directly across from the Plymouth Ice Center. From 494, exit at highway 55 or exit number 22 and go West on 55 for a 3/4 miles. Turn right at Plymouth Blvd and travel another 3/4 miles. Take a left onto 37th Avenue, and then your first left into the parking lot. Park near the end of the lot (South side).
