i took my daughter there to get her hair washed a blown dry for her prom. When I made the appointment they asked me how long her hair was and whether or not I wanted an up do. Her hair is just below her shoulders and she wanted to wear it down with some curls. When we got there the stylist, Shira told us that she did not have time to wash her hair and that hair looks better when it is dirty anyway. I had told my daughter not to wash her hair before she went as we were planning to get a good conditioner treatment at the salon. The stylist was very nice, but my daughter's hair looked dead and dirty with some waves from the curling iron when we left. I don't know why she did not have time to do what we asked for since I made it clear what we wanted when we made the appointment. The brochure I got says a shampoo and blow dry is from $26.00 to $50.00. Why did it cost us $47.00 when we didn't get the wash? We will not be rushing back any time soon.
