Adequate. MDs and staff are personality-free, in person and on the phone. Watch your credit card statement. They ask for your ID and Credit card when you check in. My appt was not cosmetic, and fully reimbursable by my Insurance, but they charged my cc $144. They apologized later, and billed my insurance. Hmmm.

Have been going to South Shore Skin for 2 1/2 years always all way had a pleasant experience except for today. I called to make an appt for my child for his 3 month hair removal and trying to sch around school and the hours the spa is open was very difficult i explained to the the recieptionist that I needed a late appt she keep giving me am appt choices she was not interested in hearing what the pt needed. She hung up the phone on me I will not give her full name. I will be speaking with Mary the tech in the hair removal dept and I will follow up with a letter . I would like to say that Mary the tech is wonderful caring,listen to my child when questions are asked,very profesional.It is sad that the quality of sch pt appt is poor.First impression begin at the front desk !!!

Hi have recently gone to the spa at South Shore Skin Care and was so impressed. The facility is beautiful and staff extremely professional. I wil definately recommend them to my friends and family and will be returning again for sure!!!!

Love them, everyone is really nice and great service. I have a history of skin cancer in my family and I have gotten a couple spots removed. I feel safe with these doctors and staff.
