Watch for questionable business practices with this company. I completed an online quote request while researching transportation for guests attending a wedding reception. Since the bride was not enthusiastic about her guests riding in a "Yellow School Bus" I signed a contract with a livery service who supplied us with several multi-passenger vehicles. With no signed contract or even a formal authorization, a bus was dispatched anyway. It was explained to our guests that transportation would be available but without knowing the details many of them boarded the bus instead of the authorized vehicles. Two weeks later, I'm just learning about this situation and told I am to remit charges for a bus charter of 4 hours. I tried to discuss the misunderstanding with their management and come to a mutually agreeable conclusion but they were not interested as they claim to operate "In good faith." without contracts. They have been paid in full but its the last dollar they will ever see from me.
