Having read the earlier posted review, I felt compelled to write one myself.

Myself and my extended family have done business with Young's TV & Appliance for many, many years. This includes purchase, maintenance and repair of products. Our experiences have always been positive and the service friendly and timely.

The worst service tech. on the planet. Now over 2 months since first coming out and still hasn't fixed a simple drain pump on my dishwasher. Would have any handyman in my neighborhood do it but it's under warranty so I shouldn't have to. I'm a very reasonable guy, I wasn't even mad after a month when they told me they couldn't get a part that was on back order but when I called they said it's not on back order and I had it in my hands in three days. Then it turned out not to be the part that was broken. Turned out to be the part I originally told Whirlpool when I called. I can't comment on their store, like I said I'm a reasonable guy so that would be wrong since I've never been there but their service and repair call anybody else. I believe this all began on July 1, 2015 I'll keep you all updated when it ends.
