- Backflow Testing/PreventionIt ‘s now a local requirement in our area that industrial and commercial buildings have a certified backflow prevention device on incoming water sources. A backflow device is used on the incoming water source to prevent any harmful material possibly in your building from contaminating the municipal water source due to a malfunction or backpressure of the waterline.
- ExcavationTrenchless Excavation - We use a pneumatic piercing tool to install waterlines or small sewer lines. This prevents destruction of landscaping or paved areas. Usually an access hole at each end of the installation is all that is needed. If the installation exits a basement, the tool can be launched from there.

- Septic Tank Repair/ReplacementStone Excavating is a family owned and operated business that has a long heritage in the excavating business. Jay's father Harold, had an excavating business that began in 1952, the same year that Jay was born. Jay worked with his father and learned the business until 1977. At that time Jay started his own business as J & J Excavating. J & J Excavating specialized in septic installation and repair, as well as small site work. In 1988 Harold passed away and in memory of Harold, the name was changed to Stone Excavating.
