Nightmare... the wait staff NEVER came to check on any tables once they "dropped off the food". We couldn't flag down anyone to get water, coffee or milk! Also, the dirty dishes remained PILED UP throughout serving of the wedding cake (there was no room left on the table for the cake to be served...!), and we just GAVE UP trying to get someone to clear the tables or bring water to our table!! The wait staff was unbelievably rude, condescending and actually mocked us as we tried in vain to get some service... Unbelievable!! When we asked to speak to the owner who was supposed to be there to supervise and manage the dinner, the staff said he was NOT even there... they said he was catering another event! It was very shocking, as Rockman's had been highly recommended before this... Very disappointing ... go anywhere else for caterers who actually take pride in taking good care of large groups!!

We were so upset at a family style dinner at a wedding! The wait staff never came back to our table so we ran out of food! Also never came to take away our dirty plates -even when the cake was served! The bowls, platters and dishes stayed stacked up until the dancing started! We asked many times to have our table cleared but the waiters were so rude and disrespectful. It was unbelievable! We were so disappointed!
Rockman's catered our Waupaca Dance Team year end banquet and we cannot thank the staff enough for all their help. The event was held at the Clubhouse in Waupaca, the venue was beautiful, the food was delicious (chicken fondue bake and pork tenderloin) and the service was outstanding. They even made a special non alcoholic drink for the dancers in a team color with garnishes in team colors. The attention to detail was fantastic. We all had a great time and will definitely use them again.
