My experience with Quirt was disappointing compared to what I expected based on their reputation. I was offered a free teeth whitening kit as a first time customer but told that I could not receive it after my first visit, but that I would get it next time I came back. I was told the office would be following up with me within a week about a potential cavity, but never heard from Quirt again. Recently I called to request my records to be sent to a new dentist. The receptionist informed me that I would need to request the records in person during business hours or come in to sign a release. I did drive 20 min to the office, only to see a sign stating the office is closed from 12-2 for lunch. After calling the number posted in the door, I was told I would have to come back later. I asked if I could hand write a release and leave it at the business, given my time constraints. The staff member told me "no" and that I would just have to try back later. Poor customer service. I will steer friends away from this business if asked.
