I used to love other mothers and shopping there but lately each visit is even more disappointing. I took in some newer clothing and toys(tags on them still) and in season only to find after I picked it up they took 3 items! No reason to why but I walked out unsatisfied and offended. Beside the fact that the stuff on the clothing racks are severely outdated but they are over priced as well! Well being that I needed to find shoes I still manage to go back and every time I am greeted with a watered down hello and a sour face! But most important when I check out they barely make eye contact and sometimes make you wait when no one is in line all 3 of the girls ignored me as my baby was crying and I was ready to check out. I was asking them about an item and how it waa actually detective and they proceeded to tell me I was wrong and made that way. A lady walked in and asked a question and a staff took her to get what she needed as the 2 employees in front of me began to laugh and make fun of the lady and her request. I never write reviews but if you ever read them read this one and see for yourself they are rude and have the worst customer service I have ever hadthe pleasure of experiencing, goodwill is better! Sincerely offended customer, that will never go back!

They have many hand-me-down things in the store that are very useful. When it comes to trading stuff in for "store credit" or "Cash" get ready to be disappointed. Not only are they stingy on the things you are trying to get rid of around your house from your children growing up and out of them, they are rude. Very unpromising. They tell you they will "call you when they have gone through your things" ... I have yet to hear from them, it's been three days. . . The store itself is wonderful, the people, or person, who runs the store, is not so wonderful.
