      Dear Mike Warning and Lowes associates: I`m a fussy old retired electrician and a while ago my wife talked me into remodeling our bathroom. For a change we decided to go into Lowes for the first time and just see what they had to offer. We were amazed! From Dave in the bath area to Laurie in paint and the big strong young kid in flooring, right on to Jodi in customer service we totally satisfied and impressed. You have gained a new steady customer! My Onyx shower showed up right when I was told and I have just completed the install of an extremely good product. Thanks everyone! Steve Boehm
