I absolutely recommend Lance. I have used him at least 6-8 times and have been super impressed with his fast service. On one instance he had to remove part of my sidewalk. When I got home I couldn't even tell it had been taken up. He is knowledgable about his business and respectful of your property. I will never call anyone else. He's the guy!

By the time I called Lance from Best Pest Solutions I had actually been turned down by other local pest control companies that arrived for appointments and turned down my job. The pansies didn't want to help me. One guy who arrived had a bee outfit that was a totally pristine white and looked like his precious outfit had never been used. When Lance arrived he was totally cool about going into my ENCLOSED CRAWL SPACE to get rid of a bumblebee nest. No whining, no complaining, no fear! His outfit bore the signs of previous battles and he had actually modified his gear for tough situations like mine. Despite his NO FEAR attitude, Lance is intelligent, well spoken, approachable, and very professional. Before working, he explained what he was going to do, and after the removal he left me with detailed information about what he did, what chemicals he used, and told me what to expect with the bees in the coming days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone with pest problems.

Highly recommended because they go the extra mile when doing a job for you. I have had them a couple of time and all my friends use them. Not only did he get rid of the carpenter ants, but he also rebuilt my deck. I called other places close by, but their prices were so high, and they would not guarantee their services.
