Did my child go to the same school? I sent my daughter to PCC based on high recommendations. The building is run down. They expect toddlers to go up & down old concrete steps. The bathroom / storage room has two toilets next to each other without stalls. The staff were phony and constantly pick on weaknesses. Great beginnings has much more to offer including cleanliness. PCC is over priced and run by parents with no education background. I yanked my daughter out of the slime hole fast and Im so glad I did.

I have two children currently attending PCC. My four year old started when he was two and is enjoying his last year there. My two year old started this fall. Being a teacher myself, I critically researched nearly all the preschools in the area and felt that PCC had an exceptional staff and programs. It's small class size and warm, nurturing environment was the right fit for our family. The programs are taught by an amazing team of teachers who have years of teaching and mothering experience beyond my own. I felt reassured leaving my children at PCC. They are understanding and supportive to the transition from home to school and they allow each child to advance at their own developmental pace. They foster a love of learning and encourage the children to explore and discover while providing a supportive literature rich environment. We love PCC! Our son can't wait to go to school each day! He has learned and grown so much during his years at PCC. We are so thrilled with each of the teachers and the wonderful programs offered!!!

My kid loves it, and I love it! Leaving my son there is like a dream...he's excited to see the teachers and his friends, and I'm totally comfortable with his there. Not only has he made friends, but I'm made ones that I know I'll have all my life. It was one of the best decisions I've made as a parent.

Our family LOVES the Pleasantville Children's Center!! We've sent all of our children here and have referred many others!! You will find no other Preschool in the area that does what PCC does for children! The school is a lovely environment for children to play and learn, imagine and explore -- the teachers are phenomenal, the programs are wonderful and the location is perfect! You will not find a more loving, nurturing and creative first school experience for your child! PCC is the place to be!!

My child had a wonderful preschool experience at PCC. The warm nurturing environment was exactly what I was looking for. Each day he couldn't wait to go to school. We still keep in close contact with the friends we made there.
