Overview of Services HR Hotline HR Hotline is a phone-based support service that provides immediate, live advice and guidance from our team of SPHR and PHR certified experts on today's most challenging HR situations and questions. Clients call us to get quick, sound answers or second opinions on a broad range of HR topics during normal business hours coast-to-coast. A web-based Reference Center and Training module is also available 24/7. HR Hotline is a value-added service provided to businesses through our affiliate partners, including insurance brokers/consultants, general agencies, financial advisors, CPA's, and payroll companies. Outsourcing Services HR Outsourcing is customizable to meet client objectives for strategic, tactical and administrative HR support, primarily in the areas of employment management, compliance, training, payroll and benefits administration. We assist companies during a variety of stages including start-ups, rapid growth and expansion, and interim or temporary assignments, either remote or on-site. Outsourcing services are contracted directly with businesses. Consulting Services HR Consulting services are available on a short-term or permanent basis for many projects including, but not limited to: policy, compliance, coaching/mentoring, department assessments, organizational development, training and recruiting.
