Outstanding credentials and talent combined with his child-oriented style and fun personality makes Dr. Nerad an exceptional pediatric dentist and orthodontist. Dr. Nerad has been living in Northern California since 1989. He earned his bachelor degree at UCLA and dental degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. While at Harvard Dr. Nerad found, he had a special aptitude and interest in orthodontics and realized he truly enjoys caring for children so he went on to complete residencies in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Only a handful or two of dentists in California have this rare dual specialty training. Dr. Nerad currently lives in Pleasanton, with his wife Jane. He enjoys playing with his grandkids, bicycling, gardening, sailing, cooking, and most of all, eating!
