It provides tub fabrication, safety grates, lids, backrests, packing glands, motors, machine finish and paddle and stock blenders. The company offers more than 84 different configurations of the standard design and also builds customized machines. The company s design engineers offer computer aided design drawings in 2-D and 3-D versions to facilitate machine placement and installation. AIM is certified by the Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee, the American Bakers Association and the American Institute of Baking. AIM Blending is based in Pleasanton, Calif.
