General Info
When you hire Pleasant Valley Landscaping to design, estimate, and construct your whole project, you will have only one contractor to deal with. We design and perform all the landscape, irrigation, and lighting work ourselves. We will provide subcontractors for other services if required, yet we coordinate every phase of the project for your convenience and peace of mind.Prior to the initial visit with the landscape designer, you will be requested to locate a copy of your property site plan, or survey. This would have been supplied when your house was built or at your closing when you purchased the property. Occasionally, your attorney or your town may also have a copy. This helps to establish existing property lines and enables us to be more precise in locating unique elements of your property.
