Founded in 1952, Albany-Chicago Co. specializes in complex aluminum castings. Located in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., it produces highly engineered aluminum die cast parts. The company offers an array of products, such as axle tube, crank case cover, crank case housing, engine front cover, engine side cover, filter base, gear case cover, gear housing, oil cooler, oil filter base and assembly, and valve cover, among others. Albany-Chicago Co. owns a 190,000 square foot facility, with production capabilities, including die casting, machining, vibratory deburr, wheelabrating, assembly cells, high cleanliness washing systems, and pressure and flow testing. It caters to the needs of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) in diesel engines, hydraulics, electromechanical devices, computers, health, agricultural equipment and other industries. The company is TS registered and IATF certified.
