Pleasant Hope Middle School, also known as PHMS, is an educational institution that offers a range of learning opportunities to students in grades five through eight. Its curriculum includes social studies, science, math, physical education, Spanish and music. The school provides nursing, food and guidance counseling services. Pleasant Hope Middle School also offers special education programs for students with learning disabilities. The school maintains a library and computer laboratory. It provides a variety of athletic activities, such as basketball and cheerleading. In addition, Pleasant Hope Middle School administers an accelerated reader program. It is a part of Pleasant Hope R-VI Schools.
