We've been involved with homes since 1982. From roofing, to finishing a basement, to remodeling a bathroom, there isn't much inside or outside the home that we haven't had our hands on. Rest assured, when we perform a home or commercial building inspection, we know what we are looking for. Our goal is to provid "insight" on what might be wrong with the property, as well as reinforcing what is right with it. We never try to "scare" anyone from purchasing the home the want. We simply point out defects, whether major or minor. This can help the buyer have peace of mind that the home they are purchasing is sound, and also may provide some negotiating power. For the seller, a home inspection will show you what needs to be repaired before the potential buyer looks at your home.
