I dont know what happened to the other guy who wrote a review, but I have gone here two times and BOTH times the experience has been excellent. The service is fantastic and my laptop was repaired within the time fram of when it was promised. I recommended them to another friend and her experience was the same as mine. I trust them and am impressed by their skills. I highly recommend them to anyone!

this has to be the worst customer service i may have ever received! These guys are complete morons. I wouldn't let them work on a flashlight. i brought my Mac in after they said they were experts. they tore it apart! stay away!
