Summary: Irresponsible, no integrity. The business owner, Zane Kotter, did not follow through with the contract terms and refused to repair mistakes made by his crew.Long Version: I chose Premier Drywall because on their website it claims they take pride in their cleanliness. Knowing that drywalling is a dirty job, I asked Zane Kotter to specify in the contract that his crew would scrape and sweep the floors.When they finished, it was obvious nobody had swept. I called Zane and asked him when that would happen. Without ever seeing the work in person (he refused to check it out), Zane claimed they had swept. I asked for a discount since he didn't fulfill the contract. He said we'd have to pay extra to get it swept. I told him I was talking to a lawyer.At that point Zane grumbled, but offered a $30 discount. I accepted and moved on. I swept myself and collected 6 very large piles of drywall dust. It took over one hour.Later, we discovered a bulge in our drywall; Zane's crew had drywalled over the top of an outlet. An obvious mistake. I called and scheduled a patch job with Mallory, one of his assistants, who said they would send someone out the next day. When Zane found out, he cancelled the repair out of spite. What a shame he didn't have the courage and integrity to make his wrongs right. I had no problems with the crew, but I found Zane Kotter to be lazy and unprincipled.
