Called their sister store in Shelburne, VT the day before to inquire about availability and pricing of some parts I needed to install a chimney. They had them in stock and quoted me a price, but also suggested I call the Plattsburgh, NY store which was closer to me to see if they had them. I did call the following day and parts were in stock but the price I had been quoted from the sister store was in error (an honest mistake it turned out) and the actual price was substantially higher. Without even having to ask, the store representative honored the original quoted price saving me well over $100! Thanks! That kind of customer service is hard to find now days.
