The individual hired for this position will work closely with several partners in the firm’s business group (in counseling clients on a variety of corporate, tax, nonprofit, real estate, contract­ing, licensing, and other business matters) and will have significant respons­ibility for drafting contracts, structuring transactions, and counseling clients. Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and a genuine interest in business law. Experience/education in intellectual property or tax a plus. Non-legal experi­ence in business or tax work and demonstrated client relations skills a plus.

The individual hired for this position will work closely with several partners in the firm’s business group (in counseling clients on a variety of corporate, tax, intellectual property, finance, and tax-exempt matters) and will have significant respons­ibility for negotiating and drafting contracts, structuring corporate transactions, and interacting with clients. Applicants should have a strong academic background, and excellent research and writing skills. Experience/education in intellectual property or tax a plus. Non-legal experi­ence in business, tax, or intellectual property work and demonstrated client relations skills a plus.
