FILTHY - I mean every room floors (carpet, kitchen floor caked with dirty and sticky grime (I wish I could just post the pics still on my phone), URINE in the toilet and splashed all ghetto fab around the bowl rim...THICK smell of smoke in this "no smoking" apartment that took months to dissipate. Not even the dryer lint catch in the dryer was cleaned out...Refrigerator was dirty, as was the stove and showers. Electric Company, called them twice to turn off during my last month - once to schedule, once right as I was leaving to confirm. Even PAID AHEAD so that last little bit would be covered and I'd owe nothing. 45 days later, here I am finding out that that company didn't turn off the power, I now owe $100+ bucks, and oh yeah, the apartment complex isn't trying to ensure they are covering anything when a tenant leaves, so while the apartment is still empty as of this writing, the apartment complex isn't paying electricity still "on". Management hung up on me when discussing this.
