What once was a great company, has really sank low on the totem pole. I'm so disgusted! Customer service was just a call away with a quick response for help. Now when you call, you either get someone from the State of Washington or Maine and not local in your hometown of Kearney, MO; they have to put a ticket in to that dept. So you're having to wait for a week, when you're in need of assistance now. I DO NOT LIKE THIS! Unless this changes for the good for the residents here in Kearney who uses this service, I have no other recourse except to go elsewhere, and then where does this company stand? "OUT OF BUSINESS"! My motto is: "If it's not broken, then don't fix it!" Hasn't the CEO learned anything important besides sitting on his/her brains? "NOT A HAPPY PERSON HERE IN KEARNEY, MO"
