The staff at Dean's are so incredibly nice and helpful! They offer a beautiful selection, and the staff were great helping me find the perfect piece

There customer service is horrible they don't return phone calls . They try to put blame on customers for there fault of bad installation and put my family at risk cause my carbon dioxide detector alerted us of co2 in hour home. I went to dean's and told them of situation and he's blaming it on consumer error when he has not even seen the stove. Dean also told me it a pellet stove so unplug it and when we get there we get there. Took him to small claims court and the judge decided in his favor . So now I can't even use my pellet stove so I threw 3,000 dollar down the drain. Dean didn't check for permit and there was none and now out off a stove. We can't afford another one cause it's expensive. Me and my children went to er cause of co2 in home and dean did not care one bit.. never going there again he is a major ripped off

Dean's made me happy once again. The glass broke on my wood stove and they quickly gave me the glass and all other materials to run home and fix it. Also no questions asked. Customer service has been top notch every time I have been in there. Thanks Tracey and the rest if the Dean's team.
