Incorporated as Receptogen in the United States under the laws of the State of Nevada on June 4, 2001, the company gained its current name in April of 2003. ReceptoPharm Inc. offers a full range of contract products and services catering to start-up and small biotechnology companies. These include pre-production studies, contract manufacturing services, US & EU regulatory support and quality systems/GMP certification products.
