I visited Dr. Greniers office in late-June as a result of a referral from my general dentist.The back story is that years ago, I had a very traumatic experience when all four of my wisdom teeth were extracted by another dentist and I was quite nervous at the prospect of having any sort of gum surgery.In fact, upon arriving at Dr. Greniers office, I began to flash back to the previous procedure all those years ago.Even though the atmosphere in the office was very relaxing and the staff members were all extremely friendly, mentally, I was a wreck.At the front desk there is Rene, who also is the offices Patient Care Coordinator, and she was very thorough and patient with me as she explained the fees involved and the portion covered by insurance.A couple of weeks later, I returned to have the procedure done.Dr. Grenier performed the surgery with his Surgical Assistant, Sue, and it was easier on me than the perio-maintenance I used to have every 3 months.It was simply routine to these
