Needs Analysis - Before we can find you a home we need to know what you are looking for. We take the time to discuss your needs and wants so we can pre-select homes that meet your criteria. Showings - After we conduct your in-depth needs analysis, we search the MLS and other sources for homes that closely match your criteria. We will only show you homes you have pre-selected - We will never show you homes you aren't interested in, your time is valuable and so ours. No Fees - As a buyer you do not pay a fee, our services are free to you. Our commission is paid by the Seller's Agent and we do not get paid until you purchase your new home. Team of Specialists - When you hire Plant City Realty you gain access to a Team of specialists with unlimited access to a wide range of resources.
