Quality of food terrible; service unacceptable and overpriced. If you're not a regular, forget it.

I grew up on the Johnson's home cooked food and music.My mother and uncle worked for them at the original location, just East of the present location.That was back-in-the-day, when everybody knew everybody!!Fred has done an excellent job of maintaining the old familiar tastes and family friendly atmosphere, at an affordable price in both locations, Grandpa Johnson's Barbecue and Fred's Market Restaurant.This is what brought people throughout the area, to enjoy good food in the company of family and friends, and still does today.A special "thank you" to Fred and his entire staff, for keeping the Johnson Family Tradition alive.
