Bad experience! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! New to town, 1st visit. Scheduled an appt. for exam, cleaning, x-rays and replace filling that had come out. When I got back to the exam room, the tech did the x-rays and then asked what I was there for. Told her and she shook her head. "We're very busy today - got a root canal going on" she said. Then she said she would see what she could do. I heard them whispering behind me that they were going to try to "work me in". After an hour in the uncomfortable dentist's chair with only the x-rays done, I got up to leave. The office manager said, very insincerely, that she was sorry. They didn't seem to care very much. I will find another dentist who doesn't overbook and can treat me with a little bit of respect.
