I went to Blue Thumb after reluctantly leaving my old computer guy (he was out of town)... I am glad I did! These guys did a great job, cost less, and didn't talk down to me!

I went to staples to have my computer looked at, they charged me 80 bucks up front and then couldn't fix the problem... So I went down to blue thumb, staples reffered me to them, and they had my problem fixed in less than 20 seconds. It was just setting! These guys didn't have the parts to fix my iPhone in stock... But they referred me to mybrokenphone in Lakeland and those guys fixed it in under 30 mins and gave me a discount because Randon from Blue Thumb called ahead of time for me to make sure I was taken care of. Blue Thumb always fixes my computers. They really treat their customers right!!!

The deals this computer shop gives is far above any other. For $60, they speed-up my computer, removed viruses, and completed the job in under 3 hrs. On top of that, I get a 6 month warranty covering if my laptop gets infected again. I am glad that somebody has my best interest in mind when it comes to my computers!

I went to Blue Thumb and Randon and His Wife fixed my computer in under 5 minutes. The screen would not come on it it turned out to be dust or something in the ram. He didn't even charge me. Randon was great. Not only did he get my son's computer fixed the same day, he called the next day to make sure everything was good. My son's computer had a regristry virus. Randon found 219 virus', removed them and then helped me install a scan program to keep it from happening again. Great job and GREAT good ole customer service. Highly recommend. Tks Dennis

Hi, my name is Joan, and I went to Blue Thumb. My computer would just go to a blue screen after turning it on. I brought it to Blue Thumb, they said it would take a few hours and under 50 dollars. I went and had lunch and got my nails done right next door, and with in 2 hours, the service tech called me and the computer was fixed. He told me that the repair he had to do was included in the sale he was offering for $30. Best Buy told me it would cost me over $300 and that I would have to ship it off. Blue Thumb has the magic touch and I will never go to anyone else!
