I purchased a car from Joe Woodward of Woodward Auto Sales, Inc. - 1410 Summit Ave #4, Plano Texas 75074. He himself sold me a 2004 Volkswagon Jetta for 7,500 dollars. A week later it overheats on me, so I have it towed to a shop. When it gets there they tell me that I need to return it! This guy sold me a car that had over 2,100 dollars worth of things that need to be fixed. I have only had this car a month and have only put maybe 1,000 miles on it. I called Joe and told him what was going on, and he LAUGHED in my face! The check cleared and now he could care less. I asked him politely to "help" me out, not pay for it, but just to assist me in making this right and then he just got mad and told me that I bought the car and that's it. I can not believe that in today's day and age that people like this are still allowed to be in business. I am a hard working member of the community and this guy takes my money and "runs".
