I went in for a consultation on my nose. Dr Antoinette has NO bedside manner. He was so incredibly rude. I asked the nurse when he left the room if anyone else complains about his behavior and she said ..all the time! I wouldn't let him touch my face. He struggled to even explain the treatment.

This review is about my experience with them so far. I went in for a "free" consultation, but they failed to tell me that if they made any inquiry with my insurance company, the consultation would become a billable appointment. So, I was surprised to get a bill in the mail. Also, their response time is slow as far as getting information back to the patient. My initial visit was in May, and I am still waiting for the final numbers on the cost of a pending surgery. And one voice mail I left (the day after my first appointment) was never responded to at all. HOWEVER, Dr. Harris was very nice and thorough with his explanations, and I am still considering using his services -- that is, if I ever receive the final estimate.
