So on Saturday night I got off work late and everything was closed so I went to the mall to find a place to cut my hair. I go to this barber shop next to sears and my hair was assaulted and did not fair well. I looked in horror and thought as this man is attempting to cut my hair and just stood up and asked him what are you doing. Yes I paid, I just wanted to leave. I do not recommend going there. So I role into Visible Changes freaking the hell out. Though it was the end of the night and they had not much time they still took me in, An angel named Alexys sat me down and fixed it the best she could. She did great, I appreciate her for doing this for me so late and I appreciate her managers allowing her to. She had a great personality as well and it showed :)
Yesterday I witnessed the most disgusting customer service I could have ever imagined!!! I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever go there or refer anyone to this place just because of the inappropriateness behind their front desk!
I was with a coworker who got their hair styled for her anniversary, and one of the managers on duty was refusing to take payment from a client because of a policy or something. The stylist that had obviously just finished with this client was put in the middle and tried her best to make the client feel better, and as any decent human being would do, the client refused and continued to try to pay. Instead of just obliging her, the girl Kristina I believe was her name, just kept repeating, it's policy, it's policy and refusing payment. I assume so that the stylist could be punished.
Whatever happened to respecting your customers enough to let them decide what type of experience that want to have???! I feel so sorry for that poor stylist!
I will definitely not be making any more trips with my coworker to this salon, and you can guarantee we told our entire department to not voluntarily give money to a place of business that respects policies more than people.
Im pretty sure the majority of positive reviews on this site about Tiffany are written by Tiffany herself. The woman has no sense of style with that purple hair. She looks like a hot mess and is is self proclaimed pro at ycutting a bob. My haircut was bad to say the least. I would never ever go back to that place and would def not recommend Tiffany who knows nothing about glamour or fashion. Unless you're a person with no sense of style you won't be happy
I have been going to Tiffany for years and she is AMAZING!! She cut my super long hair into a stylish bob, and I will now no longer trust anyone else with my hair! She did my hair for my wedding and even when I lived 200 miles away, I would drive in for my cuts! She is friendly and sweet and always remembers everything going on in my life! (IMAGINE DOING THAT WITH HUNDREDS OF CLIENTS!)

I just got the worst haircut o y life and I should have know better than to go to some outdated crap salon. When Tiffany came out I wanted to run. Her appearance screamed punk and I'm sure that's all she knows how to cut. I wanted a simple bob but got an a haircut that looks totally different on each side . One side look straight the other as It has layers. how do you cut hair like that??? How??? How do you even charge $54 when you have two left arms and cut hair worst then they probably would at super cuts. She's not very friendly. Seemed like she was in a rush. Had the receptionist charge me for a mousse I didn't ever ask for. How dare you try to pull a trick like that on me and think I was gonna pay for a hair product I didn't ask for so that you can make an extra buck. That was not a proper way to try to sell a product. I would never go back to that crap outdated salon that looks the same now as it did 20 years ago, literally! Stay away from her. Unless you want a mess on your head and want to look like her
