I have stayed home with my daughter for the first year of her life and was very nervous about putting her in daycare. I spent a very long time looking for schools and nannies. After finding TLC, I was sold! Every teacher and staff member is more than willing to help me in any way. I am able to view the facilities webcams through out the day and see my daughter in her surroundings. Everytime I look on the cameras the teachers are playing and interacting with the children, holding my daughter or teaching a lesson. The toddlers have activities all day and are continuously stimulated with learning, music, books, singing and dancing. My daughter is excited to go to school and always in a good mood when I pick her up. . I have gone to look at the cameras and never been concerned with what I have seen. The director and assistant director have made a point to build a good relationship with everyone in our family. I would definately and have been suggesting TLC to other parents.

EXCELLENT child care/academic choice. My son began at the school at age 3. He has a speech delay and was not potty trained. Since being at the school, his speech is extremely more articulate, his vocabulary has increased tremendously and he was potty trained within two weeks. I am amazed at the accelerated level in which he's learning. I am so pleased with the care and patience exercised by the staff and my son loves his teachers. I recommend this center 120% and have only one complaint...I'm upset I didn't find them sooner!

I have a hard time reconciling some of the negative reviews I have read with our own experience with TLC. This has been an absolutely excellent school and my 3 kids have been enrolled there at one point or the other. Right now we have two kids there. The teachers are great most especially Ms. Renee. She is a gem. She really is. My kids love it and we are quite satisfied with the care they receive. There are teachers here that have been here for over 8years. Like everywhere there is always room for improvement.

My infant son went to TLC for just over a month and we hated every second of it. He was always freezing and exhausted when I picked him up, and the other babies were typically screaming and coughing. His second week there he came down with a virus that put him in the ER. He was sick from that point until we moved him to a new daycare. The teachers microwaved bottles, every day he was wearing his "spare" clothes when I picked him up because he somehow wet through his other clothes. Overall I was very dissapointed in this daycare and shocked at how much it cost for such poor quality childcare.

Absolutely the worst experience we have had. Eight different teachers inside of 5 months for one classroom. They say they are interviewing, but all the good teachers seem to leave very quickly. No consistency with the "policy" to send sick children home. There has never been a day that I didn't enter my childs room and hear a child coughing up a lung or 3 more with green snot down to their mouths. I've had to take more time off from work to get my child well. Then when I take my child back, within a week he catches something else. They seem to be more worried about a full classroom ($$ for them) then the welfare of the children.
