I go to the roller rink every weekend. The employees used to be very mean to me. ON sprayed me in the face with a chemical cleaner. When the manager found out, he didn't care. This past weekend, the manager left. Now the twop new managers are much nicer and caring, unlike the last manager. They are cleaning the bathrooms more, remodeling much of the rink, it looks great each day I go there now! It has never been better! These managers have a past in the video game business, which means they are used to being around kids. They even took the dead mouse out of the light! They are doing an amazing job with it. They employees now are much nicer and caring. The employee that was mean to me was fired and I am telling al my friends about the new and amazingly improved rink! Jared and Tom are the new managers. Please thank them for how much they care!

I love to go to thunderbird roller rink! it's a nice, family owned and operated business that provides a great enviorment for kids, teens and adults alike. Thier cash only option is fine with me because the prices are so inexpensive. If you are lokkin for an affordable and fun place to go this is it!

I used to go to Thunderbird all the time while I was in high school. I went a few months ago and everything was different. When I was sitting with my friends I saw a middle aged man giving his young daughter some water from a water bottle. Instead of just telling him outside drinks aren't allowed, an employee actually snatched the water from like a child before telling him it wasn't allowed. Towards the end of the evening employees started collecting skates laying around and putting them behind the counter, however since the skates aren't marked they collected 4 pairs of skates that actually belonged to children who came back and freaked out when their skates were gone. The music they played was very obscure and nobody of any age seemed to enjoy it or even know what it was, and they no longer take requests from customers. The employees are very rude to customers and are more interested in treating the children like criminals than making sure everyone has a good time.

I love to skate at Thunderbird. It's the Aston Martin of skating rinks. The floor is the largest in North Texas. The floor is amazing to skate on. The music and games are entertaining. I've been to a few other rinks and Thunderbird is the best!
