Do not place a loved one at any facility managed by this company. They do not follow up with concerns from family members, they do not return phone calls, they allow their employees to disrespect and mistreat their residents. The facility I've seen was in need of repair, they don't really have a medical person to over see or advise the medication aids. They have no transportation available for outings the food is poor quality. However, the main concern is the way the administrator at their assisted living facility is allowed to talk to the residents and family members.
