To Mr.Regional Director for California, Robert D. Davis, CEO , Mitch Fadel, President, Christopher Korst, Chief Administrative Hello, my name is Latasha Simmons, and I am a long time customer of R A C, Since February 18,2015 I have been experiencing some issues involving exchanging mattresses. Finally after waiting almost five weeks my mattresses are delivered and wreak of a Pesticide chemical, the odor was so offensive I had to place a cold towel over my face and stand outside until delivery guys returned to pick up the merchandise. This act of irresponsibility caused by management is disheartening and will lead others such as myself to distrust in this Organization. A business such as this should invest in training programs to reinforce ethical issues. Ethics pertain to the whole.

The store located at 1619 N. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90027; the Management is terrible. I had a refrigerator issue the appliance was taken from my Apt and brought back the same condition as it left. The repair work is unsatisfactory and that pick up took place in the month of Sept. 2014. It had been over a month where a replacement refrigerator was given out but the refrigerator which was brought back still had the same problem. And the store is trying to hold me to a contract and paying out money on an appliance which does not work and my food has been destroyed due to this. Rent-A-Center Headquarters need to address this issue immediately. Ms. Dodd

I have been using RAC for aprox. 8 years. I have rented 2 living room sets, 2 fridges, 2 laptops and 2 sets of washer- driers. I am a substitute teacher and do not get paid on a regular basis. Due to the economy i was not able to make a couple of payments on time. At the the Palmdale office i was ridiculed and talked to very rudly. your employees need to treat long term customers with more respect.I will never use RAC again . what a pity. Please do not forget who you are servicing, We are human and a 60 year old man does not need to be condecended to by a young man. I will now warn anyone contemplating using RAC not to. They are coming to take my last set of Washer driers,. good riddence . I would seriously reconcider your policy with long term customers, unfortunatly for you you have lost a good one
