DON'T GET TRAPPED. BE SMART AVOID THIS PLACE!!I organized my Kid's First Birthday Party at this venue on May 13,2017. We took most of their optional packages for our ease.Below are the Ordeals that I faced - 1. THE WORST PART - I had taken the Photographer Package from Kreative Kidz which cost me around $300+. When the party got over, the owner herself told me that the Photo Book and Flash Drive should be delivered within 6-8 weeks. The contract mentioned max 10 weeks. There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Kreative Kidz team during this entire span. When I finally had to call them myslef after 8 weeks of wait, they first told me that I would get the album in next 2 weeks. Those also passed by and I had to call them again. Then after lots of discussions and deliberations, they gave me my photo album after 11+ weeks. I asked politely for refund (for Photographer amount), since they did not abide by contract. It was again rejected by the owner stating lots of lame excuses. THESE GUYS ARE TOTALY MONEY MINDED AND ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THE SERVICE OR CLIENT SATISFACTION.JUST IMAGINE what emotional stress parents had to undergo when their kid had turned almost 15 months and they had no photgraphs of his First birthday to post (apart from those shared by friends).2. They will tie you into a bunch of contracts and force you to sign on each one of them. BEWARE - These contracts are binding on you and not on THEM!!3. Even if you are 1 minute above party time of 90 mins or ask for an extra napkin(as per your contract), you'll have to shed out extra Bucks.4. The number of guests (Adults + Kids) will be strictly counted and if you end up with even 1 more guest(than written in your contract),you'll have to PAY MORE!!!THIS WAS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE MOST COSTLY MISTAKES EVER MADE BY ME AND I WROTE THIS REVIEW SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE DON'T SUFFER LIKE ME. THESE GUYS MADE SURE THAT WE FELT LET DOWN EVEN AFTER SPENDING SUCH A HUGE SUM OF MONEY($1300+).

I can not get over the details of the Hello Kitty party my daughter attended. The staff was great and attentive to the little girls. Also, the girls were entertained for the entire party. I loved that the parents were there to see the party as well. (Ideal for moms, who usually run the party and miss it!) We will definitely be back! Starting with Camps.

My daughter had a fabulous birthday party here! I would recommend this place to anybody with young children. The best birthday party ever, and it was definitely worth the price! And regarding the comment below mine, the staff was lovely! They really connected with the children and made them have a lot of fun. Overall, it was a great experience, and it brought great memories.

And the decor was outstanding for my daughter's Tinkerbell and Pirates theme. The party favors were out this world for my daughter's friends! The place was so, so clean!
