Godwin Tsui has been in the financial service industry for over 30 years and always focused on helping customers achieve their short and long term goals for their family. Having spent the first part of his career in Retail Banking and handling both consumer and commercial banking relationships, he has mastered the fundamentals of the various financial products and services offered by the top tier international banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo and HSBC. His long standing relationship with his customers stems from his caring and sincere nature for them and their family. More recently in the past 10 plus years, his focus has been in mortgage lending and had served in many senior, executive level roles including Operations, Appraisal Valuation and Loan Administration. His experience in all of these areas have helped him prepare for the many twist and turns the mortgage industry has experienced and the recent financial crisis that hem strung many families due to job and income changes and many have seen their investment portfolio rise and fall like a roller coaster. Being an immigrant has given him a different perspective when it comes to personal inner strength and endurance. There is never a no in his vocabulary, maybe not now or may need to take an alternate route to one’s destination and ultimate goal. That is the approach that he takes with his clients! When it comes to home ownership and real estate investments, it may not be a direct path for some but it can be achieved if given the desire and discipline.
