Provided by YP.comKelly was the person we worked with. We pulled the big, old Astro Van in with an unknown problem and Kelly was knowledgeable, professional and kind. The price charged was quite fair.

I came to this location 9/5/14 for an inspection and oil change. After I left, of course, everything was fine until Saturday, September 20, 2014. I was on my way from Frisco to my best friends funeral in the Fair Park area (which was 5 mins away) I pulled in a parking spot at a Walgreens, placed my car in park to hear my Nissan Altima sounding like a diesel truck and the oil light popping on. I IMMEDIATELY turned my car off, popped the hood to check my dipstick which was BONE DRY!!! I then put 2 quarts of oil in my car let the hood down, started my car to hear this noise again. I AGAIN IMMEDIATELY turned the car off, opened my door to step out to find OIL EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!
I called Driver's Edge spoke to Damian. I explained what happened, I told him since this is an oil issue, they were the last people to do an oil change. He said to me, "I highly doubt this is our issue, I can have my tow guy pick you up, bring you here when we can look at your car. Once I find this is not our problem, you'll owe the tow, and labor." I ended up getting my car towed (the tow guy stated, driver's edge is a HORRIBLE place and they don't tow) to the dealership. Here it is 9/22/14 my dealership stated (after I told them what happened) they put oil in and all the oil came out, finding out the drain plug was missing, and in FACT it was from a PREVIOUS OIL CHANGE JOB!!! Also, they're going to send it NISSAN to make sure the motor, transmission is not damaged in any way. Let's hope not!!!!! I hate companies who think they're people/system is FLAWLESS!!! Ill keep everyone updated on this issue.
