I am extremely disgusted with my present situation from the Hope St. Store in Stamford CT. This is the second agreement I've had with them, paid off the first one and was three payments into my second one. I asked one of the store employees to change my payment date to better meet my finances. Then I came upon some unexpected medical issues which will prohibit my being able to make the payments. I did the right thing and contacted the manager at the store. I was then handed over to the DM. I was supposed to have my contract pulled and the furniture picked up. It's been weeks with absolutely no follow up, just promises to call and then no one calls!!! In essence, I have not paid on this furniture for two payments now!! All I want is to end the contract and have them pick up the furniture. I cannot seem to get any response to this. I am getting ready to call to find out the RM's name as the store will not reveal that information to me.

Calvin Higgins district manager 819 was extremely rude and disrespectful over phone. I will never recommend anyone for Acceptance now services. When I asked for the person who is over him he would never give me a response. I have never felt more disrespected like I was with Mr. Higgins. Not only do I find him inappropriate with customers but his own employees have even said how rude and degrading he is to them as well. He will get reported to BBB!

i dont like the way i was treated by an associate name Don washington at store in langley park Maryland,this store is inside a regency furniture store,. this man was rude,loud and arrogant. it takes like 30 minutes for him to finish a lease agreement and he does not like to explain all the details of the contract.
