I have shopped here for years to purchase my children's private school uniforms. I've never had any problems with the clothing or shoe sizes. The store gets busy at times but the customer service has been good.

Sizes are VERY SMALL especially for boys high school PE clothes. My normal sized 8th grader wore a xxl in shorts and shirt.

I bought my child an 'overpriced' jumper from Academic Outfitters. After wearing it three times the stitching that attaches the pocket came undone. I called and was told to bring the jumper in to the store. I took the jumper to the store and was told that they would have it repaired and I could pick it up in two or three days. I told them I had come a long way and asked if they would mail it. They said "no". I reminded them that gas is $3.35 per gallon and I would prefer to have it mailed. They refused. I am not happy

Horrible Customer Service!!! The staff thinks they are doing you a favor by answering your question! I ordered a pant online but it did not fit my daughter - so I went to return it - I had the receipt & the code matched with the one on the receipt & the pant but since the pant is missing 1 of the tags, they refused to exchange the pant for one size bigger. I had $200 worth of merchandise picked up to buy at the same time but since they wouldn't exchange a $20 pant, they lost a $200 business for a $20 pant.
