We ordered a part online, after hours on a Friday. We paid an extra 30.00 to get next day air shipping. We assumed the part would ship on Saturday and be delivered on Monday. When the part wasn't delivered my husband called them to inquire The guy was rude and raised his voice a little. My husband asked the man not to raise his voice and then the man went on some kind of rant. Telling my husband he wouldn't do business with rude people and that they were intercepting our shipment and canceling our order. Then the man hung up on my husband. I called back and the same man answered. I tried to (calmly) diffuse the situation (we have NO heat and 6 children) but the man wouldn't have any of it. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said the other person was the owner and he was an owner too. I then asked him his name. He replied that his name was Steve. I asked what his last name was and he said it was not relevant.
