Went there with my 10 month old daughter to the Plainview, NY location. After sticking her twice, once in each arm, the technician was digging around looking for a vein ( which they did not find). After my screaming child almost turn purple from crying so much during the ordeal they send me to another location that supposedly specializes in children. Why not say so from the start and subject a child to this horrible experience? Will NEVER go again.
