Our experience has been the same. They take almost 80% upfront deposit, promise the job will be over in 5 days. It usually takes 3 times that period. And they are very irresponsive once the project starts.

This place drags out projects unnecessarily!!! Not worth the hassle!!! I will never use them again. No professionalism at allthey take a deposit and do some work....and than make up a bunch of excuses until they come back to finish the job a few weeks later.
