However, embracing imperfection and body diversity is both positive and realistic. Andrea believes that optimal health begins with respecting yourself and accepting your genetic makeup. There is no such thing as a perfect diet, and it is important to have pleasure and satisfaction in eating experiences. Andrea wants to shed light on intuitive eating and being in touch with your senses. Furthermore, setting ideal goals, making healthier food choices, and focusing on balance and moderation are keys to success. Andrea will create a compassionate and caring environment to provide the best experience possible. Andrea completed a Coordinated Program in Nutrition/Dietetics with a plethora of valuable experiences in acute care, long-term care, outpatient settings, community settings, multicultural settings, and government program settings. She plans to become a Certified Diabetes Educator and is working on being bilingual. In the near future, she is going to launch her own website and run a marathon!
