I would not recommend anyone to step foot into this store. This store has the worse customer service, they're very unprofessional, and they do illegal things. My 17 year old sister went to go get a prepaid phone and she went into this store and got one. She came back to me and said the guy took her social security # and she kept asking him why does he need it and she does not want a monthly she wants a pre-paid phone. He told her he needed it for the pre-paid phone. No one needs a social security # for a prepaid phone. The next day we went down there and the guy we needed to see was on the phone with his friend and he knew we were waiting for him, so he stayed on the phone for 5 minutes, and another customer came in and he tried to serve him first, saying that he didn't know we were waiting to see him, and he knew we were there to see him. He had a nasty attitude, and he also admitted to taking the social sec. # to run her credit without her consent and without her even knowing.
